She began her career with Ernst & Young, delivering large-scale SAP implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.  She continued in the SAP/SuccessFactors consulting space, serving large customers like Nestlé and Clorox.  She later held leadership positions at Aon/Alight’s Workday deployment practice, driving global Workday HCM, Talent and Recruiting deployments, Payroll Outsourcing, and AMS Optimization.  She has built a distinguished career leading global enterprise deployments and developing service strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and business transformation for clients across industries.  Today, as head of Professional Services at Intecrowd, Deb continues to leverage her deep consulting experience and leadership acumen to guide teams in delivering transformative Workday solutions that align technology with business strategy and operational excellence.
