Collection and Use of PII

This Privacy Statement covers you when you:

• Visit an Intecrowd website that uses this Privacy Statement;
• Interact with Intecrowd as a representative of a company that has an account with
  Intecrowd (e.g., you are a Client or an Intecrowd supplier);
• Register for or attend an Intecrowd Marketing, Learning, or training event or
  webinar;
• Provide Intecrowd with feedback; and/or
• Receive sales or marketing communication from Intecrowd, including emails or
  phone calls.

This Privacy Statement does not cover how Intecrowd processes PII on behalf of our Clients as a processor.

How We Collect Data

Information you provide:
Intecrowd collects data when you submit the “Let’s Talk” form on the Intecrowd website. This may include name, company name, email address, phone number, service interest and any comments added to the message section of the Let’s Talk form.
Intecrowd also collects data when you log in and view past webinar events posted on the
Intecrowd website; this may include your email address.
Information from other sources:
Intecrowd may automatically collect certain information related to your visit to and use of our website, including day and time of your visit, the IP address of the device accessing the website, and browser information.

How We Use Data

Intecrowd uses information collected about you or that you provide to us, including any PII, to:

• respond to your questions, requests, comments or complaints, and determine your
  satisfaction with our products, programs and services.
• contact you regarding products, services, programs, promotions or special events
  Intecrowd believes may be of interest to you.
• respond to your questions, requests, comments or complaints, and determine your
  satisfaction with our products, programs and Services.

Intecrowd will not use or disclose any PII, except:

• as necessary to provide the Services.
• as required by law, or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform
  to or comply with the law.
• as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or to which you have consented.
  Intecrowd does not sell, rent or trade your PII to third parties.

How We Retain Data

If you provide your PII to Intecrowd, the data is retained indefinitely.

How We Transfer Data

Intecrowd operates globally and complies with applicable legal requirements when Intecrowd needs to transfer, store, or process your PII in a country outside your jurisdiction.

Intecrowd appropriately protects your privacy, your fundamental rights and freedoms, and the ability to exercise your rights. For example, if Intecrowd transfers information from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), or Switzerland, to another country such as the United States, Intecrowd implements an appropriate data transfer solution such as entering into “standard contractual clauses” approved by the European Commission or competent governmental authority (as applicable) with the data importer. Following the adequacy decision by the European Commission, Intecrowd currently relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“EU-U.S. DPF”) and the UK Extension as a legal basis for transfers of PIIfrom the EU and the UK to the United States.

Your Rights

If you have provided or Intecrowd has collected information about you, you can request to receive an exported file of the PII from Intecrowd, including any data you have provided to Intecrowd. You can also request that Intecrowd erase any or all of your PII (this does not include any data Intecrowd is required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes).

Media

If you upload images to the Intecrowd website, you should avoid images which include embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded Content

Articles on the Intecrowd website may include embedded content from other websites (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.); embedded content behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
