Tristan has almost 20 years of experience working with enterprise systems focusing on customer success, professional services, application management services, and operational enablement. Tristan previously served as VP of Workday Continuous Value Services at Collaborative Solutions where she led a team of over 100 employees. Prior to that, she worked in customer success and global enablement positions at Workday. Tristan has been in the Workday ecosystem since 2013. She is currently focusing on operational excellence supporting the executive team’s strategic initiatives.
