Brad has been in the WD ecosystem since 2014. He obtained his certification in Absence in June of 2016 and started leading absence projects in November of 2014. He has lead approximately 20 absence projects which included large enterprise projects and global implementations. Brad led the absence deployment of IBM’s internal global implementation for the countries of Israel and Japan. Brad has mentored multiple junior consultants in the absence space and continues to lead Absence projects as a Sr Consultant with Intecrowd. Brad has worked with multiple WD Partners and has worked closely with many consultants within the WD ecosystem and continues to collaborate with them.

Jake has led over 15 implementations in his 3+ years in the Workday ecosystem. Jake offers conversion expertise in a variety of Workday modules across Financials and HCM. Jake has partnered with medium and large enterprise clients, including some of Workday’s most high-profile deployments. He is a trusted resource that assists clients with data cleansing, transformation, mapping, auditing, and more. Jake supports and influences the continuous improvement of Workday’s tools and methodology.
Garry has a wealth of client-side Learning and LMS experience, enabling him to see challenges and offer solutions from a customer perspective. He regularly contributes to Community articles, as well as keeping up-to-speed with the latest Learning product developments. He very much believes Learning is not just another piece of technology – it is an opportunity for learner development, knowledge sharing, and career progression. Learning has very much taken off over the last year with so many employees having to work from home, and Garry’s enthusiasm for the product alongside his natural customer service skills have helped Intecrowd’s clients expand their knowledge, usage, and exploration of Learning.
Barbara has a unique Workday background in that she has been a Workday employee, customer, and now consultant with more than 6 years of experience in the ecosystem. Her experience with Workday started as a customer during an HCM implementation. She was a functional SME involved in testing and training end-users as well as creating system documentation. After the deployment, she went on to become a Workday instructor. She taught HCM and Payroll classes to Workday customers and also had opportunities to lead an HRIS team. She is now a Senior Consultant at Intecrowd with certifications in HCM, Benefits, and Project Management.
Liz is Intecrowd’s Reporting Architect and holds Workday certifications in Integrations, Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, People Analytics, and Prism. As the recipient of the Workday Altitudes 2021 Product Lead Award for Reporting & Analytics, Liz has partnered with multiple global middle and large enterprise clients throughout various stages of their analytics journey. Liz graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management all while being a Division 1 athlete.
Chris combines his current expertise on the Reporting and Analytics team with his previous experience as a Data Conversion consultant in order to support bespoke reporting and data solutions with Prism. Since being certified in 2019, Chris has supported a variety of Prism, Reporting, and Data Conversion projects. He holds certifications in Prism Analytics, HCM, Financials – Procure to Pay, Advanced Reporting, and Composite Reporting.
Katie started her Workday journey on the client side utilizing Workday as an HR Director in an academic institution. She joined Intecrowd as a Consultant and began supporting a large enterprise HCM Phase 1 implementation project as a functional consultant. Her focus was on HCM configuration and testing with an emphasis on the client’s hiring, onboarding, and international assignments processes. Her second large enterprise project with a client of over 26,000 employees started on day one post go live of phase 1 implementation. She provides support for HCM and the Talent/Performance modules. Her passion for sharing her knowledge has been utilized by both clients and consultants with weekly training sessions. Katie is certified in HCM, Recruiting, and Talent.
