She has designed a blended insource/outsource HR Shared Service Center for North and Latin Americas to support Workday for 45,000 employees at Tyco Int. deployed and managed large-scale global LMSs and learning programs and Beth has delivered Workday training and change management globally, and currently leads Intecrowd’s Application Managed Services function.
