Don McDougal, Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Don has over 20 years of experience in IT, consulting, and international business.  As VP of HR Systems and Workforce Analytics at Tyco, Don led the selection and implementation of Workday to replace 108 different HR systems globally.  In his previous roles, Don has extensive leadership experience in IT.  Don sets Intecrowd’s vision and drives our culture.  He is directly responsible for our people-focus, excellence in execution, and drive to provide our customers with additional value.

Gary Walker, President, COO and co-founder

Gary is a highly experienced operational leader with 20+ years of experience in enterprise systems, human performance, and learning.  As an SVP at RWD Technologies, Gary managed global alliances with SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, and others as well as leading International operations and end-user training and change management practices.  Gary serves as Intecrowd’s President and COO as well as CFO.  He is responsible for day-to-day operations and adherence to Intecrowd’s Charter.

Michael Christman, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development

Mike is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in enterprise systems.  His focus has been operations and business development.  Mike previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development for TransAmerica Training Management and has held a variety of operational roles including serving as Managing Director for International Operations and running a Managed Services Center for PeopleSoft customers.  Mike currently manages Intecrowd’s day-to-day alliance activities with Workday and supports the Executive Team in a strategic capacity.

Mike Miller, Senior Vice President, Professional Services

Mike is a leader with over 15 years experience in managing onshore and offshore teams in the domains of IT, enterprise software, human performance, and learning management systems.  He most recently served as the Senior Director of HR Systems for ADT overseeing 30 enterprise systems including several ERP systems and directly participating in a Workday rollout when ADT was part of Tyco International.  Mike leads Intecrowd’s Alliances and Talent functions while filling a variety of senior operational roles.

Michael gardner, Vice President, Managing
Director of Intecrowd Australia/New Zealand

Michael is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of executive-level experience, the last 6 of which have been in the Workday ecosystem. Prior to joining Intecrowd, Michael was with Accenture DayNine, having established and built the ANZ business for DayNine Consulting.

Michael is Workday certified and has significant experience with Workday deployments, both across ANZ and globally.

Rob POlocz, Chief Workday Technologist

A career software developer and serial entrepreneur, Rob leads and mentors our technical staff. He has 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, and recognition by Workday as a Product Lead, he has led the building of Intecrowd’s reputation for superior delivery and thought leadership in the technical disciplines.

Kerri has over 15 years of experience in human resources, administration, and operations. Prior to joining Intecrowd, she held management roles in the hospitality, healthcare manufacturing, and non-profit organizational settings. Kerri currently serves as Intecrowd’s Executive Director of Finance Administration. She is responsible for the day-to-day finance, administration, and human resources functions.  Kerri also serves as Intecrowd’s Comptroller.

Operational Leadership

Beth Maxim, Vice President, AMS and adoption

Beth has led diverse teams of corporate learning and HR Operational professionals for 15+ years with a proven record of high performing virtual and regionally-dispersed teams. She has designed a blended insource/outsource HR Shared Service Center for North and Latin Americas to support Workday for 45,000 employees at Tyco Int. deployed and managed large-scale global LMSs and learning programs and Beth has delivered Workday training and change management globally, and currently leads Intecrowd’s Application Managed Services function. She also serves as the Executive Director to the President and as a key advisor to the Executive team.  Beth is Workday certified in HCM and Learning.

Ravi Narayan, Division Director – India Operations

Ravi is a veteran leader with 28 years of experience in IT. He setup Intecrowd’s operations in India. Prior to Intecrowd, Ravi lead a team of HR professionals in a successful global implementation of Workday for Tyco India. Ravi also founded an, IT services firm, Delsys International Inc., which grew to include offshore operations in Bangalore. Ravi helped Goldman Sachs set up an offshore technology center in Bangalore. He also founded Open Software Technology, which grew to about 100 employees before being acquired by Actuate Corporation.

Jill Sandberg, Executive Director, Professional Services

Jill has over 25 years of senior-level experience in human resources including leading functional areas such as recruiting, operations, and technology. Jill currently directs HCM services, responsible for leading the practice in developing new business and delivery excellence.  Jill has 9 active certifications in Workday functional modules and has been SPHR certified since 1998. 

Prior experience: Multiple senior HR management roles in manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, and technology organizations.

Aaron Althouse, Division Director, Technical Services

Aaron has 20+ years of experience in software, application design and implementation, database administration, and technical software support. He is also a Workday Product Lead and holds 4 Workday certifications. He has been in the ecosystem since 2012.

Prior experience: Senior Consultant with Sierra Cedar, Arrow Partnership

Jennifer Soloway, Senior Director, People, PATT

With nearly 20 years of consulting experience  in Accounting, Finance, HR, and Payroll. Jennifer was the first functional consultant hired at Intecrowd and has multiple roles as a Payroll Architect, Project Manager, leading the PMO group.  She also holds the collateral position of Director of Human Resources.

Becki Sellnow, Director, HCM

Becki has over 25 years of Human Resources experience focused on HR Systems,  Benefits, Learning and Payroll.  Becki currently directs the HCM Practice, responsible for developing her team of consultants and ensuring delivery excellence.  She has nine active Workday certifications. 

Prior experience: Consultant for Accenture | DayNine and HR experience in the healthcare, retail, manufacturing and life sciences industries

Education: Kaplan University

Shannon Fuller, Director, AMS

Shannon is the Director of AMS Operations with 20+ years of experience in design, deployment, and management of various HR systems. She serves as a leader with hands-on Workday technical expertise focusing on Service Delivery and Client Satisfaction. Shannon has delivered technology roadmaps that balance the strategic and operational needs of HR and has a proven record of developing solid technical support teams. Shannon is certified in HCM and has been in the Workday Ecosystem since 2013.

Prior experience: Shannon has extensive knowledge of and experience with HR Information Systems, including security, governance, and reporting tools and has served as a leader across multiple industries including non-profit, financial, telecommunications, and healthcare.
