How it works
With the Basic Package, the Release Team will modify the delivered report to aid you in configuration and considerations for featured items by module.
Package 1 – Basic: 1 Hour at AMS Hourly Rate
Advisory
The Advisory Services Package includes information related to the new features & functions and a call with our Release Team to walk through each upgrade item.

A Team of HCM, Integration, or Financial resources will:

- Review all release items or Automatically Available Release items by module

- After the meeting, we open a ticket for each item of interest and assign a resource to build in the Preview tenant/any work completed would be at your standard AMS rate.

- We open a “Roadmap” ticket for any upgrades items so that we can assist in the future

How it works
With the Advisory Services Package, the Intecrowd Release Team will meet with you to walk through each upgrade item line by line and review a description of the item, any impacts to the tenant, and what the impact may be if you do not configure and test the new item. They will also inform you of the retiring functionality and what you can use instead.
Package 2 – Advisory Services: FIN or HCM $795 or Full Suite $1,395
Plus
The Plus Package includes information related to the new features & functions, a call with our Release Team to walk through each upgrade item, functional and integration regression testing, weekly calls with a dedicated PM, and assistance with Change Management.

Integrations
The Integrations Regression Testing Package includes information related to the new features & functions, and support with the testing of outbound and inbound integrations.

What’s included
Testing of Outbound and Inbound integrations in the Sandbox Preview Tenant.

How it works
-
- For Outbound integrations, the integration will be triggered (ensuring no file is delivered) and the output will then be compared to a Production output, verifying the results are as expected.

- For Inbound integrations, the integration will be triggered by manually loading the latest input file (ideally from Production) and the logs and data will then be inspected for correct results.
Add On – Integration Regression Testing: $2,500 (Up to 8 Integrations)
